NOTES
Stimm Lab:
- The two "extra" points are whatever you want. I prefer more attack speed and +50% swap speed is useful to quickly switch to and from the needle pistol. Also, because sometimes you will stim with rampage active, I find you don't benefit from the CDR that much.
Needle Pistol:
- Mk6 needle pistol because I don't find the alt fire useful on either marks. The better use of the pistol is to focus elites, bosses, etc, so the mk6 which applies more crits on crits and headshots is better.
Shivs:
- Precog or riposte are both good for blessings. We already have high crit chance so more finesse is better I think.
- Maniacs or Flak are ok. I find shivs awkward to use against bosses, so just use pistol and the DoT on them. I tend to prefer maniac against ragers in a pinch, or against mutants, whereas flak isn't that useful imo, just hit weakspots for them.
