System shock synergizes with the special attack of the shock mauls and applies full brittleness stacks on enemies. Phosphor pistol is there for more debuffing. Use any mark of the shock maul for whichever moveset you prefer. For curios, stack all toughness since the output of powerflow scales with toughness. You will become a taunt ogyrns best friend. Main goal is to debuff priority targets with a phosphor shot, special atk with maul, and ult for cc/toughness for the team.  You could drop last stand relay for binary ballistics protocol for more toughness and also drop electro-strike conduit for entropic Transfer. I just like the extra cc for electrocuting enemies.
