Use noos to take out basically any elite or special, I'd ignore crushers and bulwarks but you can noos them if you wanna :)
Noos is great for sustained damage against bosses due to the burn dot it applies, paired with the phos pistol you can build those burn stacks up quick. Maybe use a little heavy claw in there too :D
