Summary

  • Can kill chaff and most Elites thanks to Haymaker-buffed Mark 3 Club Heavies
    • In case Haymaker does not proc when needed, Heavy Hitter keystone and Skullcrusher provide up to +65% damage in total to support melee combat.
    • Haymaker also insta-kills Mutants.
  • Can frontline well thanks to strong impact from Mark 3 Club Heavies and Special; enough to stagger Maulers, Ragers, Crushers, and Monstrosities
  • Can assault Gunner firing lanes with Slide Dodges, 45% Sprint Efficiency, and Suppression from Achlys Stubber while regenerating Toughness
  • Can kill Specials from 20m range thanks to Achlys Stubber, as long as you brace and crouch
  • Can kill Monstrosity as long as Ability is available thanks to its fire stacks

 

Downsides

  • Achlys Stubber's voracious appetite; only fire the weapon when urgently needed
  • No tricks against Crushers; Health loss depends on your melee skills
  • Viable, but not brutally effective against Shooters behind cover
