how it works:
- Gain if possible Empowered Psionics stacks.
- When facing Monster, group of elites or specials use, Telekine Shield to protect you or your team
- Gain buff Kinetic Resonance to reduce cast time and peril generation of Brain Rupture for 10 secs
- Pop some heads.
