Gun with Scrier's Gaze is damn fine! Make that vet jealous and mow everything down!
Dueling sword IV is sexy and has nice horde clear. Use whatever perks and blessing feel good to you!
Smite is only for utility - I repeat, smite is utility only^^ Stun crushers, poxers, dogs, whatever needs to just stop moving for a sec!
Don't forget to pick up toughness nodes with Psyker! +60 toughness total.
