6.5-8% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
5-20% Critical Chance for 3s on Weak Spot Kill.
-8.5--5.5% Charge Time on Chained Secondary Attack. Stacks 3 times.
Target receives up to 2-8 Stacks of 2.5% Brittleness, scaling with charge time of Secondary Attack. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.
Versatile Warp Charge Psyker with up to 86% reduced peril generation, yo-yo toughness based defense, and ability to bust carapace and hordes alike. You won't be running very fast so positioning near the fire team is important - build shines when blasting clusters of heretics clipping into one another. Lack of reliance on critical hits means damage is consistent and ramps up as allies bring critical hit support auras. Brain burst on 6 warp charges does about 2,000 damage to priority targets - Reapers, Maulers, Scab ragers will take 2 bursts and Bulwarks may need 3 if at low Peril. Bread and butter is using Voidblast (formerly Trauma) staff to blast everything that moves, over and over again. The stagger and brittleness will help your team out sweeping through the hordes - 2 fully charged blasts is enough with Rending Shockwave 4 to hit brittleness cap. If being bullied by a horde, peril blocking and a heavy sword can solve anything up to an Elite with a single heavy and for Ragers, the special chained into Heavy will stun lock them. Mark IX heavy sword chosen because I like the skin; any will work. Force Swords and Devil's Claws and combat axes all work great in the melee - consider it a flex slot since the Voidblast is so versatile and Brain Burst can pop individual Elites. Likewise, curio choices are flexible - 2 toughness 1 wound is what I use for general play.
