Weapons and curios are either Emperor's gifts or found in the Armory then upgraded. I forgot to finish empowering my DS4 or I never went back and empowered again after the hotfix to the rounding errors.

Curios are what dear ole Emps gives me. I can't even have 3 yet, so who cares.

I DO have real shriek with creeping flames now!! T5 ready. 👍

At 18 I grab wildfire.

At 20 I can't make it to warp rider unless I drop wildfire, and I really wanted wildfire over warp rider for some reason. So I go for solidity for qol instead.
