Voidborn, Pendareus was birthed into the low gravity realm high above the swirling gas clouds of Pythala's Landing. A man of a rare class of Imperieal Citizens, the techno-bourgeoise, his family's loins played a key role in the planet's Adeptus Administratum. With the arrival of The Mourningstar in orbit, Seneschal Grizzelda began her social duties on behalf of House Brahms. There, as the heretic was training his replacement aboard a hydro-cycling plant. Initiating a completely routine and innocent visit to Pendareus's quarters, the Seneschal detected evidence of heresy, reporting the incident to relevant local authorities.

Pendareus was dragged to the airlock, with only a piece of grit-cloth to cover his nude body, and promised a swift voiding. But it was one Wyrmwood agent present, whom saw something in him as he prayed before certain death. The look in his eyes shined with the same color of gold that the agent had witnessed in study of the Holy Astronomicon. Intervention was made, and his execution postponed until further interrogation could take place.

Upon basic interrogation, a slew of minor heresies were uncovered. Duties neglected, relations between loyal citizens sabotaged, even a sick prank involving a wild grox that could have jeopardized critical infrastructure. The heretic was quickly rejected from the promise of Wyrmwood service, his diligence lacking. Instead, Pendareus was given to the new Arco-Flagellant program founded in response to widespread sedition on Atoma Prime. Branded with the proper insignias on his way to -,,-- ... ++... [RE.. The main witness, Seneschal Grizzelda, has since recanted previous accusations deemed worthy of cybernetic penance. A request on behalf of House Brahms was delivered to Explicator Zola to transfer the prisoner from his previous fate, to one more fitting for other minor crimes discovered during the initial Wyrmwood interrogation on Pythala's Landing. It is the opinion of the agent writing this information that any further investigation would be politically disadvantageous. This case has blurred the lines between the Warband and House Brahms, with officials of both parties seeming to vie for control of this lowly heretic. 

He has proven himself as a zealous warrior, but that came after his conscription. Does he really hold something of value beyond that? What about the glint in his eye, is that what it is? I do not know. Will anyone read this... I do not know either. It seems the only people interested have already been in contact... I saw the ugly bastard walking around with a smile on his face, exploring the promenade as I was editing combat footage on my dataslate. Why does being aboard the same vessel as his accuser give him not a sense of everlasting dread? Perhaps he just feels lucky to be alive.
