Execution Order and Terminus Warrant both work very well, just depends on your preference. Embedded below is what it looks like with Terminus Warrent.

The idea is to act like the old Veteran's gungslinger build using the Agripinaa Mk XIV Quickdraw Stub Revolver. With the help of Priority Endowment for the extra bullet in the chamber, and Prosecution Blow for the extra rending on top of Hand-Cannon. You get to shoot 6 times with 80% rending every time you crit, which we can get through Crucian Roulette, Efficient Killer, and Zealous Dedication.
