Good build for newbies to the class, as I am also a newbie to the class. 
Important aspects are the crit damage on ranged, combat ability regen, and timing for Desperado. When activated you are immune to ranged, so get up high or use your unlimited doges and take as much down as you can. Make sure to keep killing to keep it going. Good for picking up dead scum teammates. :) 

 

Choose your favorite nades, I like the missle launcher but hope it gets balanced for the better later. Chem grenades are better overall.
