- 40% weapon swap speed is non-negotiable (extra -30% spread to stack with Run n' Gun a bonus)
- needle pistol runs great off of pickpocket with 0 ammo pickups
- it sprints like a laspistol but doesn't dodge like one! do not pretend to be gunkata vet
Lacks the stacking buffs to chew through mixed mass so you're always in loop kiting mode.
But chainaxe takes care of power steroids on its own so all talent points can get spent on weird utility and defense.
