Description
Crits and Weakspot hits with the Dual Shiv Throwing Knife Weapon Special and the Needle Pistol apply additional stacks of Chem Toxin. Routes into all nodes that affect Chem Toxin DOT damage.

Dump stat on the Needle Pistol is Damage, since it doesn't affect the DOT. Perks for bonus damage against armor types, however, do affect the DOT. Surprisingly, the +15% Close Damage while Sprinting from Run 'n' Gun also affects the DOT.
Experimental, but feels pretty strong because the Needle Pistol deals with everything really well in a very low-risk way, and you have infinite ammo because of Pickpocket and Desperado.
Hotfix #83 - 1.10.2 completely screwed things up. Now you have to choose between A Tertium Welcome and Quick and Deadly because of both Tis but a Scratch and Burst of Energy having to always be pathed through in the tree. May as well sacrifice the melee damage for the Chem Tox DOT.
