General Gameplan

Main goal with this build is get Chemical Dependency stacked up to 4 stacks asap, and be in Rampage! as often and long as possible, while mitigating Scums low defense with Damage Reduction. With a 44 second stim, even without any cdr from Sample Collector, you can keep 4 stacks forever as long as you stim as soon as it is off cooldown, and with 52% cdr, your Rampage! is only on a 14 second cooldown. Gamplay wise, you play two different roles. When Rampage! is up, you play a fast melee berserker and tear things apart while you have 40-60% damage reduction and 75-95% melee power. You should be able to stim every other Rampage!, increasing your damage even further. As soon as Rampage! runs out, use a Blackout nade to get enemies off you if needed and fall back into the center of your team, using your Branx MKII Needle Pistol as your main source of damage. Main weakness of this build is that it requires build up to get good, so its fine to play the first 2-3 minutes in the back of the squad before you can really cut loose.
