What we are doing:
Keeping our Crit rate as close to 100% as possible:

Why we are doing it:
- Incredibly conistent Flesh Tearer (Shivs)
- Hyper Critical triggers
- Sample Collector triggers 

How we do it:
- Base crit: 10%
- Shiv Crit: 12.5%
- Crit Aura: 5%
- Crit tree node: 5%
- Chemical Dependency: 15%
- Riposte: 20%
- Float Like a Butterfly: 20%
Total: 87.5%
If you get a Psyker with Crit Aura in Party, this goes to 92.5%

You basically just run around and use your mobility and insane melee TTK to melee attack things to death. Use Shiv Special, Needle Pistol and Chem Nades for toxin kills to cool the Cartel Stimm down faster.  
With max stacks (3) of Chemical Dependency you get:
- 15% Crit and TDR
- 30% Ability cooldown
- 50% Toughness back
Which, with Rampage, means that it basically becomes a 20s CD Ability with high uptime. 
I've set up the Stimm to my preferences, but really any combination will do. I like to use my Stimm once Rampage ends (ideally, if Chem Dep stacks allow) for maximum safety and an even faster Rampage cooldown.

Between Rampage, the Stimm and Hyper Critical you will straight up murdermake your way through pretty much everything. Needle pistol primary works great for Bosses, Twins and Specials. Needle Pistol Secondary is handy into hordes and clumped shooters for easy Sample Collector Triggers.
And if all else fails, you have 4 Chem Grenades.
