Quite happy with this build, its really strong, i wanted to make a build where your needle gun is your primairy weapon.

Finished a havoc 40 with this build.

For regular play its also fine, you will need to be more creative killing for your pickpocket than in havoc 40, because in havoc 40 the specials will always be near you.

I will be updating.

You can always swap Maxed Out Chems for Tis but a Scratch or Jittery  -> I dont think its needed, but it does give abit more survivability.
