HV better on shivs( high damage per hit weapon) even when u have such high crit chance, dw tho since ur crits can still build into HV, HV also amps horde clear enough so u don't need cleave. You can drop cheap shots for the cleave talent OR DROP IT FOR RAMPAGE SHOUT, SHOUT GOOD. (update, i still think HV is better but take HC gets u to pickpocket which is absurdly op

Try to micro ur dependency stacks at mission start, once ur chems get 3/4 stacks ur set and just stim when u need.
