Keep your Peril high constantly by jorking your Illisi Mk V Blaze Force Sword activation special or just taking any hits thanks to Just a Dream. Help your crit chance and toughness regen with Souldrinker, keep soulblaze damage relevant with Malefic Momentum and strength bonuses from Illisi blessings.  Use Venting Shriek on 84% in the thick of the horde. Bosses are not your priority, just clear the arena to give your team some space to focus on the boss, and spam some brain bursts after ability use. Build is viable for Maelstrom and High int-shock gauntlet Aurics, didnt test it in Havoc.
