Core of the build is the needle pistol while hip firing. Stay middle of group and needle big targets don't be afraid to mag dump you have pickpocket.

The survivability keep high stamina and keep chemical dependency at 4 stacks
- Hive city brawler 20% damage reduction but need to keep stamina up.
- Regained posture to regain stamina 10% stamina on dodge
- Jittery to regerate dodges with stamina
- Chemical dependency with stim supply dropped every 15sec
- Chem fortified to regerate toughness and give you another 20% toughness damage reduction
With hive city brawler and chem fortified you have 40% damage reduction.
Higher level
Tis but a scratch and running 3 gunner damage reduction feels great trading into gunners. Learning break point and letting the tox do the work. With basic gunners one shot and keep moving 2-3 shots into bigger gunners and dump the clip into reaper then gtfo. If you mess up burst of energy and stim supply drop get you back to 100% toughness.
