Description
Tested in Havoc 40,
Whit Barrage 1 and 2 (stim) you get a 40% damage reduction, and with Chem Fortified another 15% with 3 stacks, which means a 55% damage reduction from all sources, which is crazy with a character with that amount of damage. Vultoprene 1 gives you 5% critical (stim) , Chem Enhanced with 3 stacks gives you another 15%, making a total of 20% + the 20% from your weapon's riposte... 40% stable critical rate.
