Completed A Lot of H40s with this. 

You are immune to ranged dmg if you dive the enemy back line and keep dodge-sliding and keep ramming M1 and heavys to proc hyper violence.

This build just melts everything from bosses to crushers and everything in between, just be cautious when diving reapers. They will fuck you up when there are multiple and you don't have stim and rampage active.

 

If this feels good squishy you van swap toxic on crit for chem fortified.
