build allow you to practically dodge non-stop with a 87%-92% possible crit chance before stim (can go up to 100% with stim) and very high attack speed.
stim lab doesn't matter, i use it mostly to keep chem dependency stacks up and to get toughness back when needed, build it up as you like
*92% cc is with the maxed out chems perk at 4 stack, otherwise at 87% with 3 stacks
