Description
At least one health roll on curios to reach 100 health in havoc 40, although I would not play this in high havoc.
Support build focused on giving non-cartel stimms to allies and toxins to enemies.
Does not use a keystone, as none of them seemed very applicable. Chemical Dependency is impossible to maintain without a steady supply of stimms.
