Should work well in havoc 40. (May be insane if you run 4x this)
overall build has high CC value, high support value in both offensive and defensive group buffs, great melee killing power and boss killing power. May struggle with horde clear. But that's a manageable downside for all the upsides this brings to the table.
The entire idea of this build is to max out Toughness recovery sharing buffs while being enough of a killing machine to deal with threats effectively and provide ranged denial and utility. There's 2 viable builds here one that has both ranged denial and servo skull utility for data interrogation and another focusing on pure ranged denial by picking up Integrated Refraction Emitter.
Full Toughness trinkets because they scale and increase shared toughness recovery.
Voltaic emitter to make gunners a joke.
Power overflow + power overload party buffs.
Combat blade and supporting talents can take care of mostly anything.
Phosphor blaster when needing to take out something at range or weaken a boss before butchering it with your knife.
Not sure if the point in artificer Servo Skull is worth it. The activated bonuses from the Servo-Skull Blitz base ability are now permanent. But I don't know what those bonuses are. May move to Integrated Refraction Emitter.
Recent edits: Moved one point from Weakness analysis doctrine into Purgator Servo Skull to help with horde clear. Moved a point from Sustained Assault Doctrine to Invigorating Overload. (these changes do result in 25% potential melee damage loss but with all the other nodes already focusing on that we may be overkilling stuff and these points may deliver more value in addressing the horde clear and further increasing the shared toughness recovery support maxing)
Build may also be good with transonic blades or other crit based weapons that can deal good boss damage. But want to test them further before I abandon my GOAT dagger.
Depending on how good Voltaic Arcs is I may move that talent elsewhere.

Depending on testing potential nodes in order of value to grab: (Swap Servo skull 2 points into the following for even more gunner denial build: Integrated Refraction Emitter, Overcharged Refraction Emitter), Entropic Transfer or Weakness analysis doctrine depending on melee breakpoints, Evasive Servo Recovery.
Resurgence may be worth switching to but needs testing since the mechanic has been heavily underused before. (because it literally is useless without this in the group)
