Description
Completely untested, I am not home to play. However, this build is an attempt to create a very tanky lightning mage. I cannot claim to understand the meta very well, and there may come a time when I rework this. But at the moment it seems to strike a very good balance between offensive ability, stuns, and lots of toughness regeneration, while having the ability to restore capacitance fairly quickly.
