Talent Tree
Description
Build is centered around Flensing Protocol and Voltaic Emitter. Both are used to keep your damage and toughness high. As long as you are hitting and killing you can get capacitants back fairly quickly which you can use to keep the stacks up. Both keystone and ability increase attack speed and restore toughness. Along with stunning and debuffing (like with brittleness) enemies. If all these perks that are used for increasing damage were not enough the Blast Pistol can also be used to debuff targets. Well to anything that isn't killed in 1-3 shots that is.
Note this is really not a build for gunfights, with no ammo sustain, no upgraded blitz, an no upgraded aura. Rely on teammates for ranged encounters and be smart when closing the distance. This build also lacks any more CC outside of your ability. This build also lacks high burst damage and is fairly squishy.
