Description
How to play it:
Transonic Blades for melee pressure, Blast Pistol for specialists, Chordclaw for dangerous targets, and Servo-Skull for utility and revives.
Paired Transonic Blades:
Start Slayer. Clear trash. Dodge often. Build Shred.
When armor or elites appear, switch Dueller. Headshot/weakspot. Chordclaw dangerous targets.
If a specialist is outside melee range, pistol it.
When hard target dies, return to Slayer and reset space.
Stance-switching between Slayer and Dueller mode:
1. Slayer = Wide cuts to clear space (hordes and unarmoured/infested/maniac targets)
2. Dueller = Vertical/stab to kill problem target (Flak, Carapace, Unyielding, elites, ogryns, bosses, and priority single targets)
Memory Aid:
Up (bands of light move away from you towards sword tip) = Sweep = Slayer
Down (bands of light move from sword tip towards you) = Drive down / stab = Dueller
Stay in Slayer when:
You are cutting through Poxwalkers/Groaners.
You are making space.
You are clearing mixed trash around your team.
You are repositioning through horde density.
You need cleave more than single-target damage.
You are fighting mostly unarmoured/infested/maniac bodies
Switch to Dueller when you see:
Crusher
Mauler
Bulwark
Reaper
Mutant
Monstrosity
Scab Rager / Armored Elite
Flak-Heavy Patrol
Any priority target that needs to die now
Curio Optimization:
Replace 1-2 Revive Speed with Toughness, Stamina Regen, Block Efficiency or Sprint Efficiency.
Adjust with Revive Speed only as required by group quality (ie: very coordinated group instead of PUG).
For public groups (PUG), keep Revive Speed on all curios.
For coordinated teams, you can replace some Revive Speed with Toughness, Stamina Regen, Block Efficiency, or Sprint Efficiency.
Gunner Damage Resistance and Revive Speed on all three curios is very pug-safe and fits well with “average Havoc player” intent. Keep for less coordinated groups.
However, Medicae Servo-Skull can revive knocked down, hogtied, or netted allies granting +75% toughness damage reduction plus toughness regeneration, making triple Revive Speed possibly redundant in coordinated groups.
For a coordinated team, you can replace 1–2 Revive Speed with:
Toughness
Stamina Regeneration
Block Efficiency
Sprint Efficiency
Talent Optimization:
Added Augmented Power-Cycle. Removed Power Overflow and System Shock from the main version.
Best choice: Augmented Power-Cycle.
Take Augmented Power-Cycle over Power Overflow and System Shock to maximize Auric/Havoc clear reliability.
System Shock can turn your electrocution uptime into a Brittleness debuff, improving damage into affected targets.
Power Overflow is useful but too conditional as it only works when you are already at full Toughness.
Updated Ranking:
Talent Rank Reason
Augmented Power-Cycle #1 Best sustained engine value: more capacitance, smoother Chordclaw / Servo-Skull / Redline economy.
System Shock #2 Theoretically strong if Brittleness uptime is reliable, but less consistent in this build.
Power Overflow #3 Too conditional and only helps when already at full toughness.
Alternative Choices - Purgator Servo-Skull (Flame Skull):
Target Prioritization Psalms
Evasive Servo Recovery
Shockline Breach Protocols
Adaptive Combat Calibration
Adaptive Combat Engram
System Shock
Surge Extension
Difficulty Best Pick
Heresy Any works - Augmented Power-Cycle feels smoothest
Damnation Augmented Power-Cycle
Auric Augmented Power-Cycle
Havoc Augmented Power-Cycle
Noospheric Command:
Treat Noospheric Command as a priority-threat tool, not a spam button.
Noospheric Command greatly increases Servo-Skull fire rate for 2 seconds when ordered to attack an enemy, but costs 25% Capacitance.
This cost matters as Chordclaw and Servo-Skull actions both compete for the same resource economy.
Do not waste this on trash - use Noospheric Command for high priority ranged threats, gunners, exposed specialists, or targets your melee cannot safely reach.
