This is a meme build. I ran it in a damnation, and it did pretty decently. I haven't stress tested it in a auric, and I've never done a havoc in my life.

I AM AWARE THAT THE SKULL MARK WORKS WITHOUT CAPACITANCE, THAT VERY WELL MAY BE A BUG. This build is in case that is fixed.

I really like how much freedom you get with the Skitarius and I think this build shows that freedom. Being able to not take a coherency buff just cause. However if you want you can get rid of hydraulic impact for any of the 3 coherencies. 

Recommended: Make sure to have a very comfortable marking button, you'll definitely need it.
