A utility-tank build that excels at putting out huge amounts of crowd control while constantly buffing allies and putting out solid personal damage, and tons of AoE damage through constant electrocute procs and arcs with its maul.
You can swap the ranged weapon for whatever is most comfy for you. Just keep in mind this builds biggest weakness is gunners. If they're out of your VE's range, you're kind of out of luck.
