Activate
While the Special is inactive, the weapon accumulates Arc charges over time. Additional charge is granted by hitting enemies. When at least one charge is stored, the weapon can be activated through the Special action, empowering subsequent attacks. While the weapon is empowered, hitting an enemy with an attack will consume an Arc charge and trigger an Arc lightning discharge.

Hitting an enemy gives them 4 stacks of 2.5% Brittleness. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.
Voltagheist Overload
12.5% chance to Instakill Human-sized enemies hit by Arc lightning. Note that potential other triggers will not be activated on Instakill.
