You can swap the Tactical Axe with the Combat Blade, whichever one you are more comfortable with. I find it important to use a melee weapon with good mobility with the Helbore to quickly reposition to wherever you need to be to snipe specials and gunners.

I prefer the Mk IV Helbore. It has the highest damage per shot and will get the best critical weakspot breakpoints on Crushers, but you can use whichever mark you prefer. 

Swap Serrated Blade or maybe Trench Fighter Drill for One Motion if you can't stand the draw time of this weapon. 

Get rid of +5% Health curios if you aren't doing Havoc and replace it with Stamina Regeneration.
