Cheap Shots may be replaced with Forge's Bellow, depends on your playstyle.
Blackout allows you to get out from nasty situations or help your teammates being surrounded, not to mention it's a free blitz.
Boom Bringer is also good for obvious reasons, despite of putting you into quite vulnerable situation for some time.
Utilize your mobility, OP ability, Hyper-Violence/Critical to OS most of Elite enemies as well as dealing brutal damage to bosses (including bosses one-shot in some rare cases during to broken mechanics of HV that hopefully will be patched).
Position yourself wisely, being surrounded/getting stuck = death.
Use Needle Pistol to sustain toxin against bosses when you can't go melee as well as killing annoying shit your vet can't focus atm.  
Toxin also deals considerable damage to everything in the game.
