similar idea to the currently popular CDR Stimm and Rampage! melee H40 build, i prefer horde clearing and DPS'ing bosses down with Branx MkIII Dual Autopistols and actually find i have better ability uptime with Enhanced Desperado than Rampage!.

Unyielding & Maniac damage perks on the weapons can can be swapped with each other if you want even more boss ranged damage but with the uptime on Enhanced Desperado you're going to be killing ragers & mutants far more often with ranged than melee.
