Hi everyone !
I'm making this to share the build i'm using with my Skitarii since i maxed the class ans did most penances, so without further ado, let's start the build's explanation.

First of all, this build have been extensively tested in Auric with high difficulty modifiers such as Shock troop gauntlet and in Maelstrom. I did very few low level Havoc too, it performed well there too, though i'm not a big Havoc player and only ever reached 22 i think (and i know that Havoc 40 have a very different build approach and requirements than the rest of the game). So yeah, i'm gonna stick to Auric for this build.

- So what can it do ?

Everything. It's a very good All-Rounder, with a big focus on melee.

- Weapons
The Branx Mk XI Paired Transonic Blades are amazing weapons that are very versatile, good at everything though not great at anything. They are efficient but are inferior to dedicated horde clear/heavy sinlge target damage weapons. They give you a very good mobility, which i always enjoy having, especially in higher difficulties. We want to max all stats to 80% while dumping Cleave efficiency.
For the Perks, we're going for Carapace and Flak armor damage, to better deal with enemy armored units, but i may replace carapace with unarmoured or infested to reach 1 shot breakpoints on Poxwalker more reliably (need to test it out).
For the Blessings, Shred and Riposte to max the crit chance and increase the overhaul damage.

The Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol is good for supporting your team, with the debuff to heavily armored ennemies, while also being good at sniping Elites and Specialists.
We're going for Unyielding and Elite damage Perks to better snipe Reapers and well Elites.
Surgical and Man-Stopper work great together as Surgical can easily grant you guaranteed crits (very handy to one shot Specialists, though in high difficulty you often don't have the time to wait for 100% crit and have to shoot immediately, still very good to have it) ; then Man-Stopper gives you infinite Cleave on Crit shot so works great in combination with Surgical. This allows you to shoot right through a blob of enemies and still hit for example a specialist all the way behind, while killing/damaging/giving the phosphor debuff to everything in front.

- Curios
A very common setup : Toughness + Toughness + Stamina.
With 3 additional +5% Toughness, 2 +20% gunner resistance as these guys will destroy you in high difficulty, 2 +4% combat ability regen (always good to have), then revive speed and stamina, i would have loved to have more than only 1 of each, but i wanted to keep the other perks. In the end puick what you're the most confortable with.

- Talents + How to use the full build
For Talents, we're going for Chordclaw Strike with Axial Slash and Slice and Dice, as well as almost all abilty modifiers giving us more Capacitance regen. We pair that with Redline Capacitors and it's modifiers (except Surge-extension, which isn't a great investment in my opinion). This gives us 5 Ability uses. With Capacitory Limit Override and Foe-Render Creed , we can have up to 22.5% more Rending, great for Carapce and Boss damage, we also have Advanced Power Management and Moebian Conductor to give us more damage on ability use, as well as Slice and Dice (that can increases our Chordclaw damage up to +60%), and other buffs depending on the situation. This, especially paired with a Damage Stim, can give us incredible boss damage, to the point where i single handedly killed a Demonhost in Auric Malestrom with 3 Chordclaw strikes only ! (this is very fun lol). Chordclaw is very good agaisnt Crushers, Bulkwarks and everything really, you can either just click the ability and it will do the Axial Slash attack (good for clearing pack of enemies, giving you toughness back with Voltaic Restoration, and keeping your  Moebian Conductor bonus active) ; or hold the abilty button to do the base Chordclaw attack agaisnt a single target (this you want to do it on Bosses !!!)
I'm not gonna detail all, but then we have many nodes to buff our attack speed, dmaage, crit chance, and survavibility. Galvanized Coating is great as when you do get hit, as it spends capacitance, you can refresh Redline Capacitors and it's bonuses, so ahving both is really good.
Finally the Arc Grenades, you could switch them for the Integrated Refraction Emitter, but i love them, they do so much damage to Elites. If you have a risky revive, or a pack of Elites, throw one out and it will kill a dozen, and with the latest update, every Elite or Specialist kill generates 4% capacitance, so you could spend several Chordclaw charges then throw a nade and regain 1 or 2 ability charges (usually 1 if you killed a bunch of elites).

For the gameplay, you want to always go into melee, be careful not to rush too far and be careful of shooters/gunners. Use the pistol to snipe specialists for your team, and to apply the debuff/damage or kill elites.
If a boss appear and you have all 5 Chordclaw, it is your moment to shine, just rip it apart xD
Keep the Arc grenades for emergencies or big Elites packs, as you will have few pickups on Auric, however don't hesitate to use the chordclaw very, very often, it gives you bonuses, you want to have them, though try to keep a few out of the 5 uses for emergencies, if you need to regain toughness, break out of a tricky spot, or if a boss spawns.

That will be all, good luck and Praise the Omnissiah !
