Few things to not to just make the build run a lil smoother; You need a sec to get the ball rolling.

Hyper Violence and Rampage! take a second to really get you going, so it may be wise to wait a second or two before just lunging into the largest target.

Heavies into basically everything unless you need to replenish toughness or need to kill a horde. Otherwise keep spamming that overhead then stab to chunk the hell outa stuff. If you find yourself at a crossroads, the two follow up attacks to a heavy are horizontal but still have a pretty good damage profile into big stuff, so a heavy light light repeat could work.

You're gonna wanna use your stimm with Rampage! as much as you can. However it isn't the end of the world if you need to pop a stimm early to preserve dependency.

Grenades are mainly an I f@cked up and really need to bail out tool. While you can use them proactively, this build despite how it feels can struggle into hordes and mixed hordes a lil due to that aforementioned needing to get the ball rolling, especially outside of Rampage!

As much as the scum bloodlust calls, try and stick close to the team. My preferred cozy space if the team is cohesive is about where you think a Zealot should stand; just barely behind or shoulder to shoulder with the Ogryn, Arby, or other frontline stagger class. If your team is split up still try and stick close to high stagger characters, and failing that try and bodyguard anyone with good ranged killing.

If you're closing to a mean gunline with no stagger support, hold out your needle pistol and spam slide at them. Should prevent most of the incoming damage, and you can swap to your shivs on time to do some work.

Shotgunners, gunners you've closed the gap on, plasma gunners, and maulers (them specifically in Rampage!) are awesome, for you. With splash damage they turn from a mild barely special to a massive burst of chem DOT to anything around you. The Ogryn will also give you this benefit, but they're a riskier gambit until you've gotten the hang of how they fight and how their brains work.

It is always, always, always better to expend a resource than take a down. Don't run ahead to extend a Rampage!, use grenades when or if ever you get your ass beat, even if it's a small horde. Hell if you need it even pop your stimm or Rampage! for toughness replenishments if you're caught off guard (stimm should give you back half your toughness, Rampage! fully refills it from any state). The golden rule of all my setups, and my general MO when it comes to my mental, is that you can't kill anything if you yourself die.

That's all, aspiring crack fiend. Go forth, and lobotomize those Rotbags for the Conclave!
