I personally think blinder grenades are better suited for chem or melee based builds (The main thing considered is when your dry on blinders and your running around with wasted talent nodes waiting for a single blinder nade to come back). Instead we have a stagger/push effect that procs from killing elites or specials and melee damage with a cooldown.
I also have added Precision Violence for a bit of toughness sustenance when shit hits the fan.
