Description
Build focuses on mellee/electrocution/ranged crits.
- Generates capacitance and toughness.
- Better than 55% ranged crits with auto reload.
- Transonic Blades dump stat - cleave. The difference between 60 & 80% is not enought to cleave another target. Savage Sweep increases cleave to clear hordes.
- Phosphor Blast Pistol dump stat - mobility.
- Must be able to easily tag targets.
