After exiting the first group gate & descending the stairs turn right and take the Double arch pathway. Directly across in the "kitchen" with a broken down wall. The Scripture will be behind the crumbled section of the wall.
Scripture Location 2
After taking the steps down into the streets turn left into the church with the medstation. Take a left on entry to the preachers desk. The scripture will be on the floor behind the desk.

After exiting the elevator, take the right hand side drop down. Continue straight past the stairs to the lower levels. The Scripture is behind some crates in the room adjacent to the stairs to the lower levels. (See ping + tag for location).
