The best all-round build for the Zealot. The Rashad MK II Combat Axe can effectively handle Hordes, with Brutal Momentum giving the Rashad MK II Combat Axe infinite cleave value.  With the combination of it's Armour Piercing weapon modifier and high base damage, it will also make short work of all the Elites in the game, making the Rashad MK II Combat Axe the complete weapon.  Brutal Momentum is the must have blessing and is the real game changer with Decimator being the next best blessing choice.  An alternative for the Decimator blessing is the Headtaker blessing.  Whilst the Headtaker blessing provides 25% Power at max stacks and the Decimator blessing provides 50% Power at max stacks, Headtaker stacks are easier to maintain. This is because the weapon will lose all stacks of Decimator when interrupting the attack chain by blocking & pushing or by missing the next swing.

The Rashad MK II Combat Axe is a simple weapon to use.  For hordes (mixed included) spamming light attacks is the best method while avoiding pushing & push attacking, only doing so when needed for crowd control (relevant for Decimator, if using Headtaker pushing is fine).  When dealing with Elites (Unyielding & Carapace ONLY), the Rashad MK II Combat Axe heavy attack has a short charge-up time, which can be spammed in quick succession.  For Maniac type enemies, the light attacks will deal more damage than the heavy attacks.  The special attack of the Rashad MK II Combat Axe will stagger all enemies in the game with the exception of Monstrosities making it a useful crowd control tool for all Elites & Specialists by stunning or interrupting them (Push attack will also stop Rager flurry animation).  IMPORTANT:  This build also works for the Antax V Combat Axe. The two weapons are nearly identical with the only important difference being the Rashad MK II Combat Axe has the Finesse stat modifier instead of the Cleave Targets stat modifier.  This makes the Rashad MK II Combat Axe the superior choice because Brutal Momentum provides infinite cleave, therefore Cleave Targets is worth absolutely nothing.

The Ius Mk III Shredder Autopistol is arguably the best secondary choice firearm across all classes in the game currently (except Ogryn of course) This weapon will decimate Hordes and will deal with all the Specialists & Elites in the game with ease (especially Maniac).  The only real weakness of the weapon is that it's weak against Crushers and while this would be relevant on any other class, for the Zealot it isn't (long-ranged shooting is also a weakness).  Using Chastise the Wicked in combination with the Ius Mk III Shredder Autopistol will allow rounds to bypass the Carapace and take out the Crushers, making Zealot the only class who can use the Ius Mk III Shredder Autopistol to deal with Crushers (Rashad MK II Combat Axe will also deal with Crushers).  Another great advantage of this weapon is it's quick draw time and it's quick reload speed, both of which are excellent for the Zealot as having the ability to quickly draw a ranged weapon to deal with threats can be life-saving.  IMPORTANT:  Without the blessings Pinning Fire & Blaze Away, this gun will not perform and will be underwhelming to use, making this gun very blessing reliant in order to be effective.  It's also worth knowing the Blaze Away blessing is only available as a Tier III blessing.
