Description
This build is all about using Shock Trooper and crit chance to sustain your ammo pool. Getting crits will refund ammo into your magazine, allowing you to continuously hold down the trigger, and mow down anything in front of you. 15% rending and rending on crits enable your recon lasgun to deal effective damage vs carapace armor. Focus on hitting headshots to maximize your crit chance from the Headhunter blessing. Combine this with the Survivalist aura, and you won't need to pick up many ammo boxes during a mission.
Voice of Command is a decent support ability that restores your toughess while also giving your team 50pts of toughness. Killing specialists reduces the cooldown by 6 seconds via Tactical Awareness, making this a relatively spammable ability.
Shredder Frag Grenade does decent AOE damage and knockdown. The bleed does good damage vs Unyielding. Demolition Stockpile will ensure you never run out of these.
Confirmed Kill, Exhilarating Takedown, and Catch a Breath all help to sustain your toughness. Iron Will and Close Order Drill provide great toughness damage reduction.
With this build, your recon lasgun is effective against most targets, has great ammo economy, while also providing utility to the team via frag grenades and Voice of the Emperor.
