Teebz's Speedlot build. Gotta go fast!
This build stacks +movement speed feats and likes running around with the Knife for maximum speed. This lets you be anywhere you need to be, and engage enemies in melee where on slower builds you'd have to fight in range. It also crit fishes heavily while also grabbing things that benefit from crits, like cooldown reduction, applying bleed stacks, and gaining toughness damage reduction.
The Knife lets you run around at maximum speed, but a Tactical Axe, Combat Axe or even a Chainsword works well. You could also throw on a Thunder Hammer if you want to absolutely max out your single-target elimination abilities, what with your Stealth ult giving you a damage bonus on your next attack. If you can safely do so, try and poke enemies in the butt and not in the face, since this build also rewards a lot of backstabbing attacks.
Speaking of the Stealth ult: with Invocation of Death (ult cooldown reduction on critical hits) and Pious Cut-Throat (ult cooldown reduction on backstab kills), you can oftentimes use your ult once every 20 seconds or less. I like to use it to safely rez allies, do hacking minigames, safely get myself stuck into an enemy gunline, or just do lots of damage to an enemy. For the latter, just make sure to poke your target in the back of the head when breaking stealth--I've found that a good knife can do something like 3500 damage on Ogryns, which 1-shots Bulwarks and almost 1-shots Reapers. Anything else that isn't a boss, a Crusher, a Mauler, or a Reaper gets 1 shotted.
The throwing knife Blitz is unfortunately not super useful, but I've found that swinging over to the fire or stunstorm grenades costs too many points for my liking. That said, if you can get good at snapshotting enemies in the head with them, they can be handy for sniping squishier Specials at close range. Keep in mind that +damage perks on the weapon you're wielding when you throw your knife applies to your throwing knife as well, so a +25% damage perk against Maniacs can let you 1-shot headshot Dreg Ragers on Damnation.
As for the gun: Braced Autoguns are great for hosing down a gunline after getting close to them with stealth, and for mowing down Specials at close range. An Agripinaa shotgun can also work, trading your ability to hose gunlines in exchange for some extra sniping capabilities. Lastly, a Revolver can let you snipe distant targets and also snapshot nearby Specials, though it can overlap with your throwing knife in this role. That said, a Braced Autogun with Stripped Down lets you sprint towards ranged enemies more safely than just sliding at them.
The build's main weaknesses will be swarms of Crushers, Maulers, and burning down bosses quickly. That said, its insane speed means you can kite those things quite well if you need to. It also lacks major crowd control and the ability to eliminate huge hordes of enemies at once, so this build might struggle if the rest of your team isn't covering those roles.
