Hp is not necessary. I keep around 50 to survive smth but focus primarily on toughness. That is your job. Keep enemies away and replenish toughness whenever needed. With chainsword special you are able to one tap specials and maniacs etc. Stun is still viable option and is great for picking up.Pinning fire is great for dealing with gunners and other nuisances.
