TLDR:

Melee-focused bleed build with the shotgun as an "Oh, S**T" button.

 

FIRST THINGS FIRST, always have a special slug loaded into the Agripinaa, The slug staggers everything it doesn't immediately kill, sans monstrosities.

 

I just toss a Immolation Grenade , Fury of the Faithful (FotF) into hordes, and use Blazing Piety's right branch to proc as many critical hits as possible. It results in so many bleed stacks, which, thanks in turn gives you an increased 10% crit chance. Every critical hit reduces cooldown of FotF. If you toughness gets low during a Horde you can just use FotF to regain it back to safe levels.
