Do not block or shove as this stops it too, youll be dodging while swinging, as soon as the animation ends, it stops.
Bloodthirsty makes kills with special attacks (both light and heavy) give 100% crit chance next hit, might be better to just run bloodletter for the bleed stacks, which will do more damage when facing bosses, and in the case you dont get a kill, still provide value towards crit/bleed synergy.
Keep an eye on toughness and use the charge to replenish it when it gets low, spam attacks to generate more toughness and get crits to recharge another charge.
