The Idea behind the Build is to clear a lot of the Elites and Specialist when the Group gets Surrounded, Crit is High to keep the Bleeds up, the Damage is Ramping so beware if you get stuck just with only a Monstrosity  you will need to ramp the damage back up by dodging and spamming light attacks. but in all this build can handle anything in your Path, 

Only Heavy Attack on Charge, you will do more damage just by light spamming
You can use any ranged weapon really, i just prefer the Shotgun
