CHORUS SUPPORT ZEALOT

Offensive support Martyrdom build. Tested and played in multiple Damnation Auric missions.

Why Martyrdom ?  It gives you insane tankyness when you're low on health. You can give up on your medical stations heal part if they are limited in favor to your allies.

Both immolation and stun grenade are good. I prefer immolation. It can deals efficiently with hordes and it's better for holding grounds. It's also excellent in Hunting Grounds missions ( waves of dogs ).

If you go for the stun grenade , take the Until Death route with the Benediction Aura.

Weapons :

MK IX Heavy Sword : Decimate hordes with light attacks spam. Can one-shot some Specials with Heavy when buffed with Martyrdom.

Blessings : Headhunter is OP , just take it. Rampage is very strong. Deathblow is a decent alternative.

Shredder Autopistol : Very good weapon that does an insanely high amount of stagger and decent damage against everything that isn't carapace armoured.

Blessings :  Blaze Away is mandatory. Pinning fire is a safe choice , more power is always welcome. You can also play Cavalcade , synergizes well with Blaze Away but this isn't really a Crit build. Or take Raking Fire if you want to obliterate Mutants and do more damage vs Bosses.

Perks : Flak armoured damage on both , cause it's just the best perk of the game.

Maniac damage. Auric is just a mutants fest. Also helps taking down quickly flamers , trappers and ragers.

Curios :

2x Wounds , 1 health.

3 wounds from curios isn't necessary , you already have more than enough wounds.

The 2 wounds + 20% health setup is optimal.

For perks , +5% thoughness for every curios is mandatory since you don't take any thoughness based curio.

Gunner damage resistance is very good in this build. A bunch of gunners can be problematic since you don't have many range with the shredder and they can chunk your HP easily.

Don't take Sniper resistance. You won't take much damage from them anyway with the "Bleed for the Emperor" passive ( all damage taken that reduce your health to the next wound is reduced by 50% )

Third slot is preference. Toughness regen speed is good. Bombers and Tox Flamer resistances can also be useful , especially in Aurics.

Conclusion :

Does very well as a support for the team. The shredder is a CC machine and can take down Ragers , Gunners and even Maulers safely.  The Chorus is the ultimate support tool. You can CC bosses and even push them to the void.

The only downside of this build is you can't do much against Bulwark , Crushers and bosses. Have at least one or 2 teammates for this job. You can always CC them with Chorus.

Be aware that there is a bug when you use Chorus when you're getting hit multiple times in a short time frame, like from several Gunners or in the middle of a horde , you might get the Chorus animation but with no effects. You have to cancel the Chorus and do it again. The CD isn't consumed when the bug appears.

Overall very fun and useful build. Pretty chill to play. Brings alot of utility to your team.
