Enemy gains +3 Stacks of Soulblaze on Critical Hit.
Gain between 3.5-5% and 14-20% Critical Chance based on current level of peril.
This build functions as follows:
Use the staff(any with crit chance and Soulblaze will do) to clear regular enemies
Use Brain Burst to deal with specials and elites
Use the force sword(as before, any with deflector and bloodthirsty) to counter ranged enemies and set up crits
Use Venting Shriek to clear surrounding enemies and quell peril
This build functions off its ability to create large swathes of Soulblaze and constantly quell peril from dealing with high threat enemies.
Using your staff, killing Elites or Specials, or using Venting Shriek will create Soulblaze which will spread and deal constant damage over time to all enemies. Any enemies hit with crits will also give you immunity to ranged damage for 1 second as well as 5% toughness and 3% damage up to their respective stacks. Killing Elites/Specials normally or with Soulblaze will give you Warp Charges with regenerate 30% toughness over time. Constantly gaining peril gives you more damage and toughness damage reduction. High peril or hordes can be dealt with by use of Venting Shriek which is itself constantly hastened by killing elites or specials for a 5% bonus on top of a theoretical 30% bonus from Warp Siphon as well as the 10% cooldown from Seer's Presence. Using your ability also quickens the Brain Burst charge causing less peril generation and increasing the chance you will proc the instant Brain Rupture.
In short this build allows you to output large amounts of damage and sustain yourself with constantly regenerating cooldowns and toughness regeneration.
