Priorities are specials and ogryns. Elites can easily be deleted with Columnus to the head. The fast firing of the rifle also helps to trigger the 10% chance to head-pop, so it can also work as a last resort against Crushers.
Columnus also helps you clear the chaff surrounding you, because Emperor knows you have the durability of a cheap single-ply toilet paper if surrounded and back-stabbed.
Sword will also help with horde clear, swinging it while sliding also helps stamina regeneration for some reason. Make sure to stab the head when killing.
