This is not my YouTube video or build but she has a great description of how this works.

You're practically a knife stealth zealot with a massive shotgun that you can quickly switch into.
 

Infiltrate having -90% threat means even when you come out of stealth you won't be attacked for another 10s giving you plenty of time to pick up allies or hit things in the back of the head.

 

Swapping weapons every 3 seconds gives a ton of survivability since that's 20% every time you do it

 

Always Prepared and Survivalist combination gives you infinite ammo on your shotgun.

 

When swapping between melee and ranged you also gain either: 

  • massive Attack Speed / Dodge Speed / Dodge Distance
  • OR
  • a nice Attack Speed / Ranged Crit Chance - (Did I mention you have a SHOTGUN cya Crusher)

 

Infinite Krak Grenades 

 

And finally plenty of Toughness Regen / Gain and sweet melee perks
