The idea here is to be fast and attack fast dodging and hitting crits left and right. Xian Mei is squishy so we will work with it going martyrdom using the attack speed to our advantage with scourge for a total 38% attack speed and about a 60% crit chance. you will also have a guaranteed crit every 30 sec from chastise the wicked/fury of the faithful along with an extra 20% attack speed for 10 sec. If you need to don't forget you can abuse until death to get teammates up.
